I love my new home. Not only was the management extremely helpful getting into the unit, but it is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The freeway is right here, the mall is 5 minutes away, and the people in the community are very friendly and welcoming. So glad I picked Rolling Oaks!

I love the location and how comfortable the apartments feel. Short drive to Vacaville including stores and restaurants a few minutes away down the street. The few maintenance issues I did have were addressed promptly! They even provide movie nights, and recently they did a “Wine & Cheese” basket giveaway for free.

The apartment we live in was better than we expected. The units are very roomy, spacious, and comfortable and the amenities make living here convenient (pool, gym, community center, basketball court, BBQ areas). Location is also great, near freeways, a couple of grocery stores, and many restaurants. We look forward to renewing our lease, and we highly recommend living here!
